These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Quantum Neuron platform ("Platform") by any individual user ("User") acting under a valid business license granted to their organization ("Client").
1. Acceptable Use
1.1 Users shall not use the Platform to engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
1.2 Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
Generating or distributing spam, phishing, or malware
Attempting to impersonate individuals or entities
Disseminating hate speech, harassment, or threats
Violating data protection laws or third-party rights
Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access restrictions
Circumventing content filters, moderation controls, or prompt injection safeguards
Submitting or processing special categories of personal data (e.g., health, religion, biometrics) without written consent
1.3 Users must comply with the laws of their jurisdiction and may not use the Platform to generate content deemed illegal or unlawful in their country.
2. Enforcement and Termination
2.1 Quantum Neuron reserves the right to monitor usage for security and compliance purposes.
2.2 If prohibited use is detected or reasonably suspected, Quantum Neuron may:
Suspend or block access to specific accounts or features
Notify the Client organization
Report the activity to competent authorities, including law enforcement
2.3 Users may be held liable for damages arising from their misuse of the Platform.
2.4 Quantum Neuron reserves the right to remove, suspend, or delete User data without liability in the event of breach.
3. Data Usage and Privacy
3.1 User activity may be logged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Anonymized and non-personal data may be used to improve Platform functionality and AI performance.
3.3 Platform is not intended to permanently store session data. Quantum Neuron does not guarantee data persistence beyond the active usage window.
3.4 Upon termination of the Client’s contract, user accounts and associated data may be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Updates to Terms
4.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Clients or posted at:
https://www.quantumneuron.ai/legal/terms-of-use
4.2 Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Legal Basis
5.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
5.2 Violations of these Terms may constitute a breach of the Client’s Master SaaS Agreement.
