Terms & Conditions – Quantum Neuron

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Quantum Neuron Inc. platform and services ("Services") by business clients ("Client"). By accessing or using the Services, Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: Quantum Neuron web-based software and infrastructure.

  • Client: The legal entity or organization entering into a contract with Quantum Neuron Inc.

  • End-User: Any individual authorized by the Client to access or interact with the Platform.

  • Persona: An AI-based communication entity configured and operated via the Platform.

  • Conversation: Any text or voice interaction between an End-User and a Persona.

  • Rating: Feedback given by the End-User (e.g., thumbs up/down) regarding the AI's response.

  • Completed Status: A system-inferred designation that a conversation is finalized.

  • Anonymized Data: Conversation data from which all personal identifiers have been removed.

2. SaaS Access and License

Quantum Neuron Inc. grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its Persona AI Services in accordance with the agreement.

3. Sub-processors and Hosting

Client data is hosted in AWS Ireland (eu-west-1). The up-to-date list of sub-processors is maintained at: https://quantumneuron.ai/legal/subprocessors

4. Data Transfer and Compliance

Quantum Neuron Inc. uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure GDPR-compliant data transfers to the USA. The United Kingdom recognizes Ireland as providing adequate protection under UK GDPR.

5. Responsibilities and Limitations

Quantum Neuron Inc. provides its AI Services on a best-effort basis. Output generated by AI Personas is non-deterministic and may not be factually accurate or legally reliable. Clients are responsible for verifying any business-critical decisions based on AI-generated content.

6. Service Availability

Quantum Neuron aims to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding planned maintenance and force majeure events. Specific SLA terms may apply under separate enterprise agreements.

Client agrees to the current and future versions of the following documents:
